Pierre La Police - outlaw artist

Stemming from the graphic underground scene, Pierre la Police publishes his first drawings in the press at the beginning of the 90s. At the same time as the illustrations, his first comics are published at Jean-Pierre's Faur's as well as the cult photo romance "La Balançoire de Plasma" ("The swing of plasma") realized with Jean Lecointre. Very fast attracted by the full of life image he realizes in 2001 the series Mini Pim Poum for french channel Canal + before revisiting some fundamental principles of the religious education in "La Parole de Vie" ("The word of life"). For some years he dedicates essentially to projects of exhibitions presented in the circuit of the galleries of contemporary art (Art Concept, Arts Factory, Agnès b., Kamel Mennour) where his work - incomparable ode in the junk culture - quite naturally found its place.
