The Monster of Frankenstein

After few guest starrings in other titles (Silver Surfer, X-Men), The Monster received a full serie (of 18 issues) of his own beginning in January 1973, entitled Frankenstein. This series began with a four-issue retelling of the original novel, by Gary Friedrich and Mike Ploog. Several more issues continued his story into the 1890s, until he was placed in suspended animation and revived in modern times.
