Big, sturdy, with body-builder's look, Mario David was one of the supporting roles among the most known for the french public. To the theater, where he had begun in the famous troop of "Branquignols", we had seen him in "Oscar" with de Funès, " Des souris et des hommes ", John Steinbeck's novel adaptation, " La cage aux folles " of Jean Poiret, but also "Danton and Robespierre", staged by Robert Hossein. He died from a pulmonary embolism in 1996. RIP Mario.
