Louis Chavance (1907-1979), french scriptwriter, worked with Jean Vigo, Henri-Georges Clouzot, Jean Cocteau, Marcel Carné, Pierre Prévert, André Cayatte... In 1956, inspired by a play by Auguste Anicet Bourgeois and J. Maillan, he writed this script for television. The story tells that it was the end of his collaboration with french TV due to the scandalous story (love affair in a covent, in a gothic atmosphere). In 1970 Eric Losfeld published this script.
