Vic Martin began his comics career in the early 1950s, doing fillers and back-ups for Ziff-Davis Comics, including gag pages like 'G.I. Fun', 'Private Dopey' and 'Army Fun' in G.I. Joe. Other credits include 'Earl, Rich Rabbit', 'Shorty Pampas', and other fillers for St. John Publishing and Hillman Periodicals. In the 1960s, he was present in 'Sick' by Feature Comics and in the following decade, he contributed to Marvel's 'Crazy'. In 1973-74, he worked on the 'Little Orphan Annie' daily and Sunday page for the Chicago Tribune-New York News Syndicate. He was also a regular contributor to Major Magazines' 'Cracked' in the 1970s.
