These look like the "Human Freaks and Oddities" collector card sets from the early 90s. I have a couple full sets but yours are different.Got a few of these as original photos too.Oh and I heart Johnny Eck!

Why don't they still have carnivals and side shows? sigh! Now I've got to grab Freaks and watch it again...
you know loulou, I think there're no freak carnivals anymore, because now, freaks are everywhere on the streets!
