In early 70's, French publisher Robert Laffont started publishing a new collection dedicated to the mysteries of the universe : UFOs, secret societies, cryptozoology, lost civilisations... Better known under the name of "Livres Noirs" ("Black Books", guess why...) these famous French collection is typical from its period.
